· With this special link for speakers only, you will be able to join the event on video and watch the live stream.
· Please note this is not the public meeting. Do not share this page with others.
· Your video will be inserted into the public stream with our equipment, and will only be shown when you are speaking.

Before joining
· We recommend you test your video and audio ahead of time. This can be done from within Zoom settings.
· Make sure you are in a well-lit area that is quiet.
· We recommend a wired microphone if possible. Please disable any echo or reverb effects.

In the call
· Please join the meeting at 9:30am. Allow us a few minutes to admit you from the waiting room, as we may not be actively monitoring the waiting room at all times.
· We will communicate with you via the Zoom chat through the "BCOG Production" account. We will give you warnings of NEXT (be ready) and GO (start speaking).
